Support › MB Frontend Submission › Front-End Form Conditional Display Not WorkingResolved
Hey GUys,
I have a front end form using MetaBox which has conditional logic to display and hide fields.
It works perfectly untill I activate Oxygen theme, I then get an error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined
at conditional-logic.js?ver=1.5:604
(anonymous) @ conditional-logic.js?ver=1.5:604
How can we go about finding a fix for this issue?
I spoke to oxygen they won't be fixinig it anytime soon from their end, so I assume there's got to be something we can do from our end since it's just a JS conflict?
So i've done a bit of digging and testing to try and find the fault...
It looks like a bug that pops up when oxygen is used...
Basically wp is not defined by the time this js is called?
Please do let me know if I can do anything to help with debugging to find the problem and patch it?
Hi,
Solving a problem happens because of the conflict between the JavaScript code of the extension and the theme is so complicated. Is the theme Oxygen? I can help you to create a code to dequeue the script of the theme to run the Frontend Submission on a specific page.
Yes it is... What can I do?
Hi,
I'm using the theme Oxygen and create a Frontend Submission form with the conditional logic but not see the problem. Please try to update the latest version of MB Frontend Submission to v2.2.1 or MB AIO to v1.11.6 then recheck the problem.
I've also made a short screen record when using the Frontend Submission and this theme

Hey bud,
Our versions are all up to date... they were already up to date to these versions before I opened the ticket...
I can arrange access for you to have a look on our system to see it live 🙂
Hi,
Please try to create a staging (clone) of your site then send the information of the staging site to our team via https://metabox.io/contact/. We will take a closer look and give a quick response.
Here is a useful guide to create a staging site
