How to create metabox fields in widgets?

is it possible to register meta boxes in a widget setting page?
i want to create a widget, where people can add custom stuff, like images etc, and for this i want to use metabox.
is this possible? if yes, how? i saw that carbon fields has this options, so does ACF, but this is my favourite plugin for custom fields and i don’t wanna switch ot use 2 different field plugins just for this.
