Include Categories / CPT Taxonomy

I have a CPT that im using the frontend form to allow users to submit posts too… everything is great except i cant seem to find out how to include / allow users to choose their category which i created a taxonomy. How do i include this list of categories / taxonomy items to allow users to select one. A dropdown list, checkboxes, radios would work but dont know how to include it on the front end form.
