    Support Channels

    Our official support channel is the support forum, which is accessible for everyone for view. Only premium users can open a new topic. For free plugins, we also support officially via WordPress.org support forum.

    Besides these channels, there are Facebook group and Github issues, which are for community discussion, not for support.

    We do not support via email. Our contact form is used for sending private info (in case users don't want to public it in the support forum), refund requests and cooperation suggestions.

    Scope of Support

    We only support our plugins, not WordPress issues in general (like custom post types, custom taxonomies, ...). Our support includes plugin installation, configuration, update and use.

    We do not support:

    • Bugs that come from other plugins.
    • Compatibility with other plugins, unless we have an extension for them (meaning they're officially supported by us).
      • For plugins that officially support Meta Box, like Oxygen Builder, SearchWP, Admin Columns, ... please reach to them if you have any issue of installation, configuration, compatibility or usage.
      • For other plugins that don't have support for Meta Box, let us know so we can put it in our roadmap, or contact with them to ask for Meta Box integration. Anyway, we don't promise or guarantee about the future integration.
    • Customization for your specific needs.
    • Custom development. We do custom development as an outsourcing service. If you need help, please contact us.

    Support Time

    All questions will be answered within 24 hours.

    We support during the working time from 8AM to 5PM in the ICT timezome (GMT+7), from Monday to Friday. For questions asked in the weekends or holidays, they'll be answered in the next working day.
