The HTMl of the forms and the submit button are fixed. They're used the same HTML as on the back end. So, to change their styles, please inspect the element and add your own CSS. It's kind of impossible to force the plugin to use the Bootstrap's markup (other users might want to use Tailwind CSS, Bulma or Foundation).
