We’ve just released v2.2.0 of MB Frontend Submission which has an important feature that allows you to customize the post submission form easier. This version adds the ability to reorder or mix post fields (title, content, etc.) with other custom fields. In other words, you can move post fields to any position in the form!
Since last month, we’ve worked on improving our MB Frontend Submission to make it a better solution for submitting posts on the front end. Today, we’re happy to release a big updates for the plugin which powers Ajax submission, dashboard and Google reCaptcha. Let’s see how the features work and how to implement them below.
In the previous post, we have created features that allow users to sign up a Guest Author account then submit a post from the frontend. If we stop here, the submitted post will be published right after the Guest Author press the Submit button.
Guest Author is a kind of guest account in which the visitors can register and use it to submit a post without any admin permission. This helps you have more content for your site, so it absolutely benefits you. From an order of my client, I saw that adding this is pretty interesting then want to share with you how to do it. Of course, using Meta Box.
Thanks to the ubiquity of the Internet, nearly every adult will at some point contemplate setting up a website. The site may be for business, for popularizing a cause, or for sharing their personal thoughts with the world. Setting up a website involves plenty of decisions.
There is one more nice week with our great upgrade of extensions. We’ve tried to make the plugin more and more powerful and flexible to use, so follow up our updates to get full of Meta Box’s power. Now, let’s see what we did last week!
