While there are no forever-free it’s pricing is reasonable and it offers a 14 days trial period.
Bloom is a plugin offered by ElegantThemes and it’s another opt-in form plugin. But it has its own unique features that make it stand out from the rest of the competition and they come in handy when we talk about lead generation.
Bloom lets you choose between 6 display settings that you can use as lead magnets. (Pop-Up, Fly-In, Below Post, In-Line, Locked Content and Widget).
You just have to use your creativeness to leverage the power of all these different settings.
Of course, it couldn’t miss from this list. OptinMonster is a very powerful tool for rapid lead generation list growth.
Its pre-built templates are perfect for every starter out there. Besides its top features which are no other from the exit intent pop-ups OptinMonster also offers on-site retargeting features.

You can start with that and decide later if you want to spend some extra money on this particular lead generation plugin.

If you are a starter you should not wonder which of all these lead-gen tools you should pick because the Hello Bar offers a great interface with a visual editor that will let you, easily create messages for your visitors.
Even if you are an experienced WordPress user and you are asking yourself why you should pick this one over the others then the answer is that you interfere less with the experience of your users.
Also, it has to be mentioned that the Hello Bar provides A/B split testing services as well as targeting services that if used properly they can have a huge impact on your lead generation and conversion efforts.
The Hello Bar tool has a free forever starter pack but if you want access to its full spectrum you’ll have to pay 29$/month for the Growth pack or 99$/month for the Elite pack.
